Getting your BWA done

Get comprehensive blood work done and find out

where your specific imbalances & deficiencies are

Here's the process to get your BWA report & review done:

1) Get your blood work done (either through your doctor or

you can order it on your own. See the options below)

2) Pay for the BWA report & review: $125 via Zelle or credit card

     Zelle ID: " zamacenter@gmail.com "

Credit Card: Click here to pay with a credit card

3) Send me your lab results

4) Sign the Disclaimer

5) Schedule a time to review your BWA report via a 20 minute video call
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

OPTION #1 - Request that your doctor to order these markers for you

You can request these markers to be ordered if you're trying to get it done through *your* insurance/ doctor:
(I cannot write the lab requisition for you since I am not *your* doctor.  In order to be covered by insurance lab reqs require diagnosis codes and only *your* licensed doctor can write these for you.)

(also, just know that your doctor may not request all of these markers.)

- CMP (Complete metabolic panel)

- Lipid panel

- HgA1c

- Fasting Insulin

- Thyroid panel (TSH, Free T4 & T3)

** Please get your blood drawn between 7-9am after fasting for 12 hours.

NO alcohol or supplements for 3 days prior to blood draw.

** If you're taking prescription meds, continue to take them but on the morning of your blood draw, take them after you get your blood drawn.

OPTION #2 -
Order your own labs and pay the lab directly

** If you want to order your own blood work and not deal with your doctor/ insurance then you can click here and order your labs directly from BLTS (which is associated with Lab Corp).

I suggest ordering the following:

370144 "Comprehensive Lab Panel"  ~$229

(the panel includes almost everything I'm asking for)

In addition to this panel (#370144), I would like to see following so please add these:

004333 Insulin $17

005215 ESR $12

006627 CRP $15
104018 Cortisol am $19

You can also refer to this website to see what the prices are for labs in general in case there are specific labs your doctor won't run and you need to compare prices.

** Remember, the BWA by itself does not include a wellness plan. In order to get a custom wellness plan that includes specific recommendations for you, you must also get an initial intake and comprehensive follow up (which is included in the health or fertility program)

The purpose of the BWA is to show you where your specific imbalances/ deficiencies are and explain to you what the priorities are.

** Getting the BWA done does not establish a doctor-patient relationship **

with Natalie Jill Fit ...

Do you want to find out where your specific
imbalances
and deficiencies are?

Do you want to find the root cause of your

metabolic imbalances?

The BWA is the first step!

AND, the exciting part is that you can order the BWA report and review by itself.

So, if you're not ready to sign up for the MHR or the health or fertility program then you can just get the BWA report by itself. This is the perfect option if you just want to find out where your imbalances and deficiencies are.

Happy BWA clients....

I highly recommend getting your blood work analysis done by Dr. Reena Singh. The analysis was very insightful and educational, especially in comparison with routine & current lab test ranges. The deep dive into what some of the test results really mean and how they compare alongside other results was very eye-opening! I appreciate the time Dr. Singh took to explain all my questions.

As a 41 year old mommy wanting to have another baby I gave in to the fear of needing to do IVF to have baby #2. Dr Reena Singh let me know that my age is not a reason to jump to IVF... That we need to see if there is a problem in the first place. After doing the blood work analysis with Dr. Singh I realized I jumped the gun into meds when if I had all the information before I could have avoided a lot of stress and $50,000 dollars!
She's well worth the investment!.

Dr. Reena Singh has been a critical resource of health for me. I've been a pretty healthy person my whole life, but about 5 years ago things started to shift for me--I started experiencing major fatigue and gut issues. I got a full blood panel done and when my GP looked at it he said it was fine.  When Dr. Singh looked at it she saw warning signs. She explained to me that the parameters of "normal" as determined by allopathy were too wide and didn't take into account individual physiology. It also didn't look at the connection between certain functions and results. With her deeper knowledge she was able to recognize that I had a thyroid deficiency, that my adrenals were overtaxed, and that I had high levels of inflammation in my body. With her guidance, I was able to support my adrenals and thyroid and reduce my inflammation and am on the road to optimal health.

Here's a sample of what you will receive with your BWA report & review

The 20-25 page BWA report includes information like this ...

Your results

Your results are compared to the optimal ranges and then color coded for quick reference

Functional systems

The report also generates a review letting you know which functional systems are showing signs of imbalance or deficiency.

Nutrient systems

You will also receive a list summary of your nutrient status

Watch this video to see how I analyze your blood work and see the complete report in this short video

In this video, I go through in detail what you see with the BWA report and the information that I review with you. In this case example, I share one of my cardiac nurse patient’s BWA report and her findings. She was shocked to find out all the underlying imbalances and deficiencies that she had… because no one had ever reviewed her blood work in this way before!

Interview with Natalie Jill

Natalie Jill is a force in the women's fitness world.  She's written numerous books and has been on the cover of multiple fitness magazines.

Click on the video above to watch my interview with Natalie Jill. She wanted to know all about the BWA and why it's so valuable. She invited me to her home in southern CA to record this interview.
